Had a great stay. Good experience

There were good and bad things about this stay. The hosts were excellent. I asked for a modification to my dates due to our event date changes and they gladly accommodated. The kitchen and living room are very nice. The couch and tv are great. The dining room table chairs are filthy. Upholstery is stained, the chairs are rickety and unstable. It looks like this table was picked up off the side of the road. The carpet is also filthy. It is crusty and not suitable to walk on barefoot. The upstairs bedroom is not usable because the a/c does not cool up there. There is a portable fan, but the fan doesn't cool it down enough in the summer. The bedside lamps don't work. When we went to use the washer/dryer, it still had sheets in it, like the cleaning service had forgotten to take them out. Just lots of little issues that need to be addressed.

Sheet of bed room were dirt. So take your bedsheets with you. The outside was nice

This property was perfect for our two families to come together for a small wedding. Functionally, this property was perfect. The outdoors makes it even more enjoyable.

Second time we have stayed here, beautiful quiet property close to all things College Station. Tons of room, wonderful outdoor area for family and friends and the fishing lake is so fun.
