NEW - Charming Cottage 7 Minute Walk to Kyle Field

Amazing location, clean, fast walk to Kyle field, generous parking,super comfy beds, great sofa with recliners. Perfect spot!

This property is great for home game weekends! We stayed here with our 3 teens. It's an easy walk to the stadium. The neighborhood feels safe. Expect heavy traffic on game day and celebrating along the block after a win. ;) We would stay here again.

A great place to stay and felt lucky it was still available for our needs. Everything we needed was close by, the cost to stay was so much better than a hotel, the neighborhood was quiet, as well. This would be the perfect place to stay for football game on game day!! We have no complaints. Would stay again if we ever get down to College Station.

My group and I were very pleased with the property… it was clean and fit the description/pictures. The greatest attribute was the proximity to Aggie athletic events — that is, walking distance to Olsen Field and Reed Arena. Of course Kyle is also in walking distance, but we were in College Station for the baseball opening weekend with a bonus men’s basketball game. The only issue we had was the place came with a faulty set of “bones.” After accusations of cheating went around, we finally noticed two “2:1” dominos and no “1:1”. Thankfully we brought our own, which wasn’t quite as nice but at least it was a complete set. That almost cost this place a star, but it actually provided some more humor to an already fantastic weekend. Thanks and I would stay here again.
