Great spot, lovely established neighborhood

House is what you should expect from listing.

We were in town for a family wedding and the home was great! Plenty of room for our family to relax during a busy weekend and enjoy each other. Also conveniently located. Thanks so much!

Location and neighborhood is great, communication is appropriate and house was very clean. The house had a ton of potential but has issues with poor upkeep (rotting wood, shattered tiles, peeling paint throughout) and fixtures were quite cheap, some pieces of furniture significantly stained or unstable. Yards and front exterior unkempt, which is unfortunate in this neighborhood. Photos are staged to strategically avoid problem areas, like significant paint peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen revealing old cabinet paint. House was quite stuffy upon arrival and felt like no one had been there for quite some time, but A/C worked well once it got going and circulated some air. We felt that we overpaid overall.

Centrally located, close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Enjoyed a nice walk through the historic district.
